RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@shoplumily.com within 7 days of receipt. We may request a photo of the issue to improve our products. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund/credit after review. For damaged/defective returns, we'll cover domestic shipping costs.
For quality issues arising after purchase and use, please contact us within 30 days of purchase or 45 days of your invoice. We may request a photo and will send a replacement or issue a refund/credit after review.

MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is missing, please contact us within 35 days of shipment to report the issue. We'll submit a claim with the shipping company and work on a resolution. Please note that claims filed after 35 days will not be re-shipped.

GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns
  • Products must be in original condition with product tag and no retail price stickers
  • We'll cover domestic shipping costs for damaged/defective returns
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns for other reasons

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet shipped. Please contact us at hello@shoplumily.com to request cancellation. If your order has already shipped, please see our Return Policy. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cancelled orders.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items or cancelling orders. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for exchanging the item. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
